This much-loved local leisure, health and wellbeing centre reopened following a community asset transfer in 2021, bringing the facility into community ownership.
The single-site centre team asked Ally to Define, Develop and Grow a fresh, unique and independent brand which communicated the relaunch and provided a strong platform for future growth, attracting new members and increasing local visibility.

Ally have been great in navigating around some of the tougher issues we’ve come across. One clear objective was to grow our membership base. We’ve had some real tangible results, especially over the last quarter with 64 new members joining, which is good for a business of our size.
